I gain, I lose, I gain, my mom said I’m like a rubber band. Doing a lot of different
activities that challenge you is the key and teaching just came naturally to me.
It’s the perfect combination. You get a group fitness instructor who is a professional

I’ve tried to get fit my whole life but just couldn’t find the right classes w/motivating
teachers who wouldn’t bore me to tears. Most instructors would be more concerned
about themselves getting their workout “on” than motivating and guiding their students
to do better. I just did the minimum. No wonder I couldn’t lose weight. It was
not fun. BORING!
I love indoor cycling and so many teachers would play the same music
over and over and do the same ride each time, I would be busy rolling my eyes. I
didn’t even break a sweat. That’s when I decided to teach it myself. I promise you,
you will get addicted. Not only do I teach indoor cycling, I also teach bodywork,
boot camp, boxing & aqua fitness.
I feel the best way for you to thrive and get results
is to be in a group environment where you are pushed to go further than you thought

I am still working on my fitness as well
so we are in this together. After I teach I try to take regular crossfit classes
